While most people think of bullying as something done to children by other children, bullying can be perpetrated and experienced by people of any age - including older adults in long term care and other service settings.  To address this emerging area of concern, this webinar will focus on defining senior bullying, understanding bullying behavior, and discovering the impact of bullying on both victims and bystanders.  Potential interventions and strategies to create a respectful, caring community will be emphasized.
