Description:

Are you ready to take a hard look at your community’s morale? All of us have seen changes to morale in our communities as restrictions were put in place due to COVID. Join me for a fast paced, interactive session on quality of life and measuring your community’s morale. When we as professionals discuss morale, it is often in the context of staff retention. But what if we looked at the individuals who call your community their home and how their quality of life impacts everyone’s morale? In this session, you will discuss important areas that impact quality of life for community members and staff alike. We will also identify two areas that could be improved in your community and develop a plan of action to change morale for the better as move toward a brighter post-COVID restrictions future. Bring along your frustrations and solutions and be prepared to share with the group during our session together. After all, your community members have a lot of living left to do!
