Description:

This program offers practical techniques that frontline supervisors can utilize immediately following the completion of this program.

Objective:

Understand the role of a leader and how a leader supports the Marklund Mission, families, and how that impacts the ability to build teams.

Identify Accountability, Responsibility, Authority, and how the use of these characteristics impact the ability to empower teams.

Demonstrate effective communication skills with others by coaching, managing performance of the team, handling conflict and having difficult conversations.

Recognize the role that respect and diversity play when building trust with your team.

Demonstrate skills to problem solve day to day issues ethically by aligning values, influencing others, and following policies.
