Description:
Caregivers and staff will gain insight in how to improve communication with individuals diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease and related dementias.
Objective:

  • Participants will be shown various person-centered approaches and strategies for success throughout disease progression.


  • By modifying our approach to communication with a focus on emotion and validation, we can improve psychosocial functioning and overall quality of life for the people with Alzheimer’s Disease or related dementia.
